David is the company Director and Licensee of MLV Real Estate and Commercial Realty - Bunbury. With a career spanning 3 decades, David is one of Perth's leading experts in the realm of Industrial and Commercial real estate. His expertise, local knowledge and strong understanding of market trends, have positioned him as a formidable leader in the industry.

Kirsten has over 18 years experience in property management across Perth having worked with local & national clients. She is an experienced negotiator and meets the needs of her clients by enhancing their asset value through effective maintenance programs and active lease/income management.

Anita joined MLV in March 2013 providing quality assistance to our Sales and Leasing department. Constantly developing and advancing her career she is now a registered Asset Manager and is currently completing her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property at Curtin University. 

Mel manages the day to day operations and has proven her ability to identify and resolve issues to ensure a productive and positive work atmosphere. She is an extremely efficient and proactive people person who enjoys being hands on coordinating and supporting the team. Mel has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence, employee well-being and enhancing productivity.

Stefan, a Registered Real Estate Sales Representative with a Bachelor of Commerce in Property and Marketing, boasts over seven years at MLV, specialisng in industrial and commercial sectors. His dedication to MLV has led to his recent promotion as Director of Agency. Collaborating closely with Dave Lamb (Managing Director), Stefan aims to drive agency growth and optimise client outcomes with his extensive industry knowledge and strategic acumen.

Matthew brings over 22 years of property experience after a long career as State Director of Commercial Valuations for one of Australia’s largest property valuation and advisory firms. Matthew’s extensive experience as a Licenced Valuer specialising in the Commercial, Industrial and Development sectors throughout WA, together with degree qualifications in Property, Finance and Science provide a broad knowledge base to enable customised and well targeted property advice.

Alice is an administrative champion who has worked in residential real estate for 8 years. She has made the move to commercial real estate for a change of pace and to challenge her professional self. She loves building a rapport with clients and all the satisfaction that comes with successfully bringing a deal to completion.   

Sabine has been working in real estate since 2008 with vast experience in multiple sectors of the industry. She is a registered real estate professional who is passionate about providing the utmost quality in asset management to her clients.

Toby has operated in the Real Estate industry for over 23 years, with 16 years spent in Commercial Management. He brings a wealth of experience to the MLV team, with a client centred approach and a focus on enhancing his client’s assets. Toby goes ‘over and above’ for his clients and in his downtime, he will be buried in a building project or enjoying time with his large bonsai collection. 

With over 12 years of experience in managing retail, commercial, and industrial properties, Jackie is a seasoned commercial asset manager committed to delivering exceptional service. Specialising in a wide range of property types, from vibrant retail spaces to large-scale industrial complexes, Jackie combines industry expertise with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners, and stakeholders.

Natalie is an accomplished real estate professional with over thirty years of industry experience.   Having worked in various roles for many successful real estate agents in Perth, Natalie has settled into her role as an Asset Manager at MLV seamlessly. Her experience extends beyond transactions as her passion is building lasting relationships and helping clients achieve their goals.

Since 2017, Seni has immersed herself in Real Estate specialising in Asset Management for both Residential and Commercial sectors. Joining MLV Real Estate in early 2024, Seni provided support to enhance departmental performance through process improvements. Later that year, she transitioned to Asset Manager, continuing her commitment to service excellence and achieving positive outcomes.
