A new force in Western Australian commercial and industrial property has emerged, with three established businesses consolidating under a single, WA-focused brand: MLV Property.
The move brings together MLV Real Estate, Commercial Realty in the South West, and Sullivans Commercial Pty Ltd.
Together MLV Property will bring expanded capability across sales, leasing, advisory, asset management and valuations.
MLV Property will employ more than 40 people and draw on more than 107 combined years of experience in the WA market.
The new structure reflects a deliberate strategy to strengthen local expertise and market position, while preserving the culture, client relationships and specialist knowledge that built each of the foundation businesses.
“This is about bringing together the strengths of three respected businesses into one clear direction for the future,” MLV Property Managing Director David Lamb said.
“Our people remain central to everything we do. Broader capability creates more opportunity, but the relationships and local knowledge that define us remain firmly intact.”
MLV Property will operate statewide, from Perth to the regions, servicing the full spectrum of commercial and industrial property needs with hands-on senior expertise and on-the-ground local insight.
The integration of valuations and advisory capability positions the business as a genuine full-service provider, able to guide clients through significant transactions and long-term asset management strategies.
Mr Lamb said the move reflected the growth of the business in recent years, with capability expanding across multiple service lines and geographies.
The new structure simplifies how the business operates and presents to market, while maintaining continuity for clients.
Existing teams will remain in place, now supported by deeper in-house resources, a broader service offering and an engaged database of more than 14,000 contacts across Western Australia.
“For our clients, it’s the same people and relationships they trust, now backed by more capability, deeper expertise and greater reach across WA,” Mr Lamb said.
The business remains focused on the Western Australian market, positioning itself as a local specialist with the scale and capability to compete on larger and more complex projects.
The formation of MLV Property marks the culmination of a considered growth strategy spanning more than two years, beginning with the acquisition of Lever Property in 2023, followed by Commercial Realty in 2023 and followed by the integration of Sullivans Commercial Pty LTd in 2025.
Over the past 12 months, MLV has continued to build strong momentum across both transactional activity and asset management acquisition, reinforcing its position as a trusted leader in the commercial and industrial property sector.
