Alice Brydges is the AML Compliance Administrator at MLV Property. In this role, she supports the implementation and ongoing management of the agency’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, helping ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements across commercial property transactions.
With close to a decade of experience across residential and commercial property, Alice brings a strong background in administration, compliance, transaction coordination and client service. Her career has spanned both boutique and national agencies, where she developed extensive experience managing documentation, regulatory processes and operational procedures.
Alice plays an important role in maintaining compliance standards across the business, supporting the verification and due diligence processes required throughout commercial property transactions. Her attention to detail, organisational skills and understanding of industry regulations help ensure efficient and compliant outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
