Anita Sorgiovanni is Associate Director of Asset Management at MLV Property, based in Perth. She brings a practical and hands on approach to asset management, underpinned by a strong understanding of both operational delivery and strategic performance.
Since joining the business in 2013, Anita has progressed from a reception role through to her current leadership position. This experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the business at every level, shaping her ability to manage portfolios with both attention to detail and a broader commercial perspective.
Anita manages her portfolio to a high standard, with a focus on delivering consistent, proactive service. She works closely with landlords, tenants and service providers to ensure clear communication, strong relationships and outcomes aligned with asset performance objectives.
She also plays an important role within the team, supporting and mentoring new staff while contributing to a collaborative and positive workplace culture. Anita is committed to continuously reviewing and improving internal procedures to ensure systems remain efficient, consistent and aligned with best practice.
