Tony Gorman is Director of Sales, Leasing and Valuations at MLV Property, based in Perth. He leads the agency and valuation functions across commercial, industrial and retail property, working with private, corporate and government clients.
With more than 30 years of experience in the property industry, Tony brings extensive expertise across sales, leasing, valuation and advisory. His career spans senior leadership roles within national firms, including Acumentis, where he led valuation teams across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. His experience covers a broad range of asset classes and advisory matters, including development feasibility, infrastructure, green energy, medical and education assets.
Tony is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and a Certified Practising Valuer, with deep experience in complex valuation assignments. He has acted as Determining Valuer and expert witness across major projects, including Gorgon, Wheatstone and Roy Hill, as well as a range of infrastructure and renewable energy developments. His capability extends to dispute resolution, compensation matters and statutory valuations.
In addition to his technical expertise, Tony has held significant industry leadership roles, including National President of the Australian Property Institute. This experience underpins his strong understanding of governance, professional standards and market practice.
Tony brings a commercially focused and strategic approach, combining deep market knowledge with disciplined execution. He works closely with clients to deliver clear advice, manage complex transactions and position assets for long term performance.
