Victoria Walding is an Assistant Asset Manager based in MLV Property’s Welshpool office, where she works closely with Anita Sorgiovanni, Associate Director of Asset Management, supporting the delivery of commercial and industrial property management services.
Currently completing her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice through REIWA, Victoria is gaining hands on experience across all aspects of asset management, assisting with tenant liaison, property administration, maintenance coordination and day to day portfolio management.
Before joining the property industry, Victoria built a diverse career in the mining sector, working in FIFO roles across site services and machine operations. This experience developed her strong work ethic, adaptability and practical problem solving skills, which she now brings to her role in commercial property.
Passionate about building a long term career in real estate, Victoria is committed to expanding her industry knowledge while delivering responsive, professional support to both clients and tenants.
