David Lamb is the Managing Director of MLV Property, leading the business across sales, leasing, asset management, valuations and strategic property advisory. With more than three decades of experience in Western Australia’s commercial and industrial property sector, he is widely recognised for his market knowledge, strategic thinking and ability to deliver complex transactions and development outcomes.
David’s expertise spans the full property lifecycle, including land acquisition, subdivision, development delivery, leasing strategies and investment sales. Since joining MLV Real Estate in 1994 and becoming Director in 2008, he has played a central role in shaping the business and establishing its position within Perth’s industrial market. He has been involved in numerous high value transactions and major development projects, including industrial estates in Welshpool, Canning Vale and Mandurah, as well as delivering design and construct outcomes for national tenants. His experience extends across advising both private and institutional clients on acquisition, development and long term asset strategy.
A defining aspect of David’s leadership has been the strategic acquisition and integration of Commercial Realty, McGees and Lever Property, bringing together multiple established businesses into a single, expanded platform. This created MLV Property as a broader commercial property group, significantly increasing its scale, capability and market reach across metropolitan and regional Western Australia. Through this process, David successfully aligned teams, client portfolios and service lines into a cohesive business offering.
