Matthew Crofts is a Sales and Leasing Agent and Licensed Valuer at MLV Property, based in Perth. He works across commercial property sales, leasing and valuation, providing advisory services to private, corporate and government clients.
With more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, Matthew brings extensive expertise across valuation and consultancy throughout Western Australia. His background includes senior leadership roles within national valuation firms, including as State Director of Commercial Valuations at Acumentis, where he oversaw valuation operations across the state and mentored valuation teams.
Matthew specialises in a broad range of asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, medical and englobo development sites, as well as residential and mixed use projects. His experience spans both metropolitan and regional markets, with regular work undertaken across the Pilbara, Goldfields, Mid West and Great Southern regions.
His qualifications in property, finance and science provide a strong analytical foundation, enabling him to deliver well targeted and commercially relevant advice. He has developed longstanding relationships with major lenders, financial institutions and ASX listed entities, along with a broad client base across the property and financial services sectors.
