Acknowledged as one of Western Australia’s largest and most intact heritage sites, the precinct offers the opportunity to submit innovative solutions that assist the Principal in achieving its objectives while respecting and preserving the site’s unique heritage values.
The Principal welcomes proposals that may incorporate a range of uses that are respectful of the location, commercially viable and aligned with the Principal’s Objectives. Proposals may include whole-of-site, partial site or individual building solutions.
